Your client fills out our DNA collection form (or you do it for them). We build a complete brand DNA file covering identity, services, audience, competition, and voice. Takes 30 minutes.
Day 1We build the content engine
Strategy document, content calendar, GBP optimization plan, and social media templates. Everything branded under your agency. You review and approve before anything goes live.
Days 2-5Content and management begins
Weekly GBP posts, social media content, blog articles, review responses, and SEO work. All published under your brand. Monthly reports delivered to you for client delivery.

Will my clients know SmartKey is involved?
No. All deliverables, reports, and communications use your agency branding. We never contact your clients directly. Your agency is the face of the relationship.
What do I need to provide?
Access to the client's GBP, social media accounts, and website CMS. The DNA collection form handles everything else. If the client has brand guidelines, share those too.
How many clients can I onboard?
No limit. Each client gets a dedicated content engine. Onboarding takes 5-8 business days per client. You can stagger onboarding or batch multiple clients at once.
What's the minimum commitment?
Month-to-month. No setup fees, no long-term contracts. Cancel any client with 30 days notice.
Where is the team based?
Sofia, Bulgaria. Campaign management and content creation run on Central European Time. Communication via email and Slack (or your preferred channel). Turnaround on requests is 24-48 business hours.
